Refund & Return Policy

Everything at Somewhere On Purpose Overlanding is printed and made to order just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing, so please check the size chart before you order.

If something is wrong with your order

We'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you, if your order:
- arrives damaged or defective,
- has a printing flaw, such as a misprint or poor print quality, or
- is the wrong item or size from what you ordered.

Email us within 30 days of delivery at somewhereonpurposeoverlanding@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll review it and let you know whether we're replacing it or refunding it. You won't need to send the item back.

Cancellations and address changes

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or fix your shipping address, email us right away and we'll try, but we can't guarantee it once printing has started. Please double-check your size and address before you check out.

Lost packages

If your tracking says delivered but you didn't receive your order, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post them.
