Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order within the United States.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Made to order
Everything we sell is printed and made to order just for you. That means your order is produced first and shipped after, usually in separate steps.

Processing and delivery time
- Production: 2-4 business days
- Shipping: 3-7 business days after production
- Total: usually 5-12 business days from the time you order

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy times of year, such as the holidays, can add a few days. If your order has several items, they may be made in different places and arrive in separate packages, at different times. You won't pay anything extra for that.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it ships, and we're not able to replace an order that was delivered to the address you entered. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us right away and we'll try to fix it before printing begins.

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your order is well past the estimate, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
